Characteristics

1) Characteristics

Evenly plated layers mean that there is no fluctuation in resistance from particle-to- particle, assuring stable conduction patterns.

2) Anisotropic Conduction

An anisotropically conductive film or paste is obtained by not passing either material containing Micropearl AU particles. The result is conductivity between the subtracts (Z-axis), but insulating in the transverse directions (X and Y axes)

3) Compressed Single Particle Conductivity

 

Micropearl AU conductive particles are available in sizes from 3.00um to 15.00um. Other sizes can be custom made upon request.
